Architectural Inspector
About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Architectural Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of architectural and structural elements to ensure compliance with UAE Building Code and relevant construction standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all construction projects. You'll work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure every project meets our rigorous standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough on-site inspections of buildings and construction projects to verify compliance with UAE Building Code, Dubai Municipality standards, and architectural specifications Analyze architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation to assess adherence to approved designs and construction standards Evaluate building materials, construction methodologies, and structural integrity to ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met Document inspection findings, observations, and non-conformances in detailed, well-organized reports using standardized formats and digital platforms Identify code violations, safety hazards, and areas of non-compliance, and communicate findings transparently to project stakeholders and management Verify that construction practices align with approved permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements specific to the UAE Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to address inspection findings and facilitate timely corrective actions
