Use of the platform
You must provide accurate information and must not post false jobs, spam or misleading content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
No guarantees
Servia verifies employers but does not guarantee any job, outcome or employer conduct. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions.
Servia is a listing and matching platform only
Servia is free to use for job seekers and employers. We operate a platform that discovers, lists and links job seekers to job postings — including postings an employer has itself published on its own public careers page or applicant-tracking system, which Servia lists with a link back to the employer's own application page. Servia is not the employer, not a recruitment agency, not a party to any employment or hiring relationship, and is not responsible for the accuracy of a listing, the conduct of any employer or candidate, or any outcome of an application. Any dispute, claim or hiring decision is strictly between the employer and the candidate; Servia accepts no liability for it.
Employer objection & free removal
If you are an employer, recruiter or role owner and you object to your job posting appearing on Servia, you can have it removed immediately, free of charge and without creating an account — use the "Employer? Request removal" link on the listing itself, or contact us. We do not require proof of identity for this and will not re-list a removed posting from the same source.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date.
