About the role
Assistant Manager, People Development The position will support the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, computer skills, and engagement skills across all levels. Lead and drive in organizing the recording, reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials, resources, records, reports, etc. Organize New Team Member Orientation, from enrollment, welcoming, facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program. Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions. Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training, refreshers and other training needs. Drives grooming standards across all departments. Drives learning needs analysis and annual training plan cycle. Supports other learning and development, quality programs, initiatives. Passionately shows eagerness to learn, develop, humble, kind and engage with all team members. Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, People Development, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in People Development, Training, or HR, preferably in similar role. Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills across all levels. Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in onboarding, orientation programs, and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders. Passion for people development, continuous learning, coaching, and promoting positive workplace culture.
