We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Assistant Resident Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to the Resident Engineer and project team, ensuring that all construction works meet statutory requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards. You will be instrumental in maintaining site compliance, coordinating between contractors and design teams, and documenting all construction activities with precision and professionalism. Assist the Resident Engineer in performing statutory duties and technical competent person requirements as mandated by local regulatory authorities in the UAE Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that construction works comply with approved plans, method statements, and safety protocols Review and analyze contractor-proposed construction sequences, temporary works, and late-cast openings to ensure structural integrity and feasibility
