Associate - Cost Management
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – Cost Management to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide comprehensive cost management and quantity surveying services across large, complex projects spanning multiple sectors. You will work collaboratively with clients, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects remain on budget and commercially sound throughout their entire lifecycle—from inception through design, procurement, construction, and closeout. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in cost planning, estimating, and commercial management while contributing to the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Requirements
Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in the construction industry, including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East. Ideally involved in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract roles, having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6. Experience in a range of asset types including High-End Residential, Commercial and Hospitality.
