Associate - Cost Management
About the role
The Associate plays a key leadership role within the Cost Management team, responsible for the strategic oversight, delivery excellence, and commercial performance of a portfolio of major mixed-use and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to tender and completion. The role combines technical depth with strong client-facing leadership, ensuring that cost management outputs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness, all in line with Company and Client governance procedures. The Associate will oversee multiple project teams, guide the development of junior staff, and contribute to business development activities, framework growth, and strengthening client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Leadership Act as primary client contact across multiple projects. Lead delivery strategy, scope definition, and commercial direction. Support business development, frameworks, and repeat work opportunities. Team & Resource Management Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. Allocate resources across projects within fee and budget limits. Mentor and develop Senior QS, QS, and Graduate staff. Technical & Commercial Delivery
