ASAP / within 2 weeks About the Role We're seeking a senior Basel credit risk RWA specialist to lead a PMO-driven remediation programme at a major bank in Riyadh. This role sits at the intersection of technical Basel expertise and hands-on programme management — you'll be driving fixes to the bank's credit risk RWA calculation process end-to-end while aligning multiple internal departments around a shared plan of action. What You'll Do

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for a Basel credit risk RWA remediation programme, establishing governance, RAID logs, and status reporting to senior stakeholders (ALCO, Risk Committee) Drive technical fixes across credit risk RWA workstreams, including exposure classification, credit risk mitigation (CRM), external credit rating (ECAI) mapping, CCF application, and Q17/SAMA regulatory reconciliation
