About the role
Kaizen is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its owners association management business across the UAE. The role wins new owners association mandates, developer handover and defects liability period (DLP) mandates, and OA and developer consultancy, and uses every handover as a doorway to Kaizen’s asset management and unit management services. Responsibilities
Business development and pipeline Build and work a pipeline of developers, owners associations and their boards across the UAE. Map developer handover calendars and target buildings reaching completion; win mandates ahead of the market. Pursue competitor switches at renewal where the economics work. Attend developer launches, handovers, owners association meetings and industry events. Handover, DLP and consultancy Sell handover and DLP services to developers and coordinate handover events with operations. Sell and scope OA and developer consultancy, including pre-handover advice, community and owners association set-up, and service charge budget work. Prepare and win tenders, with operations input on scope and cost. Proposals and handover to operations
