• Support the planning, development, and delivery of targeted communication and engagement campaigns across designated channels. Draft clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate copy, content briefs, executive summaries, and regular campaign updates. Publish approved announcements and manage, update, and maintain assigned sections of the C&C website using CMS platforms. Create, schedule, and publish approved content while monitoring basic performance metrics across social media tools. Support the creation of key visuals, layouts, and multimedia content assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
