Chargehand - Airless spray painter

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chargehand - Airless spray painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this supervisory role, you will oversee spray painting operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of spray painters on various projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in airless spray painting with strong leadership capabilities, maintaining efficiency while upholding the highest safety and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate daily spray painting operations, ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality standards Operate and maintain airless spray painting equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and performing routine maintenance

• Prepare surfaces and select appropriate coating materials based on project requirements and environmental conditions
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on proper spray painting techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
