Civil Inspector (Saudi National)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. As a Civil Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of construction sites, verifying adherence to specifications and contract documents, and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders. Inspect site conditions prior to construction commencement to verify compatibility with designed permanent works and identify any obstructions or potential conflicts Photograph, document, and record the condition of existing properties, utilities, and structures that may be affected by construction activities

• Ensure that existing structures, properties, utilities, and landscaping are adequately protected throughout the construction period Review materials, equipment, and products delivered to site for compliance with approved submittals, samples, and specifications; report any non-conformance promptly Verify that all materials are properly handled, stored, and protected in accordance with specifications and manufacturer recommendations Inspect temporary and permanent works to ensure construction is carried out in compliance with Contract Documents, approved shop drawings, and technical submittals
