In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing teams across the cluster. The ideal candidate will bring decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations in a fast-paced environment. Develop and execute strategic business plans for the cluster, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market opportunities in the Jeddah and Makkah regions Oversee all operational aspects across multiple locations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service standards, and facility maintenance Drive revenue growth and profitability by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and implementing cost-control measures Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development
