The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nephrology services, managing complex renal conditions, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases. Provide specialist consultations for complex renal conditions. Manage hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complications. Assess and manage patients requiring dialysis and renal replacement therapy. Provide pre- and post-transplant nephrology care where applicable. Develop personalised treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
