Responsibilities
- Lead the Free of Charge (FOC) Policy
Process
Oversee all key stages of the FOC process, from policy application through to execution and reconciliation. This includes closely monitoring distributors’ sales reports and ensuring they provide stock reports in the defined format. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to validate the figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Additionally, confirm that proof of delivery for each transaction is submitted in a timely manner.
