Executive Administrative Assistant

This role offers the opportunity to support the company’s daily administrative operations and contribute to an organized, efficient, and professional work environment, with a particular focus on administrative coordination, communication, documentation, and executive support. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating schedules and communications, preparing documents and reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between management, employees, and different departments. Requirements

• Support executive management and senior managers with daily administrative and secretarial tasks. Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules. Prepare official correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain and organize files, records, and administrative documents. Follow up on tasks and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion. Handle calls, visitors, emails, and official correspondence professionally. Follow up on requirements and transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms and systems. Provide administrative and secretarial support as required. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Good knowledge of Saudi government platforms and systems. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
