The Job in a Nutshell💡 The Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self-driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross-sell products.
