Dubai, UAE Reporting to: Regional Finance Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to act as the right hand to the Regional Finance Director and lead the day-to-day finance operations across the region. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for Financial Control and Finance Systems (ERP). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust financial governance, delivering accurate and timely reporting, supporting business growth. The Financial Controller will work closely with operational and business leaders, providing financial insight, challenging performance, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. - Provide leadership and direction to the Accounting, Working Capital, COS and ERP teams. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Support the development, coaching and succession planning of the finance team. Deputise for the Regional Finance Director when required. Financial Control and Reporting
