Fit-Out Site Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Fit-Out Site Project Manager to manage and oversee fit-out projects from commencement through to successful completion and handover. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the approved scope and budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fit-out works, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve site issues. Requirements Project Management & Site Execution

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and execution of assigned fit-out projects. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all activities are completed according to the agreed timeline. Plan and coordinate site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and resources. Monitor project progress against the approved program and take immediate corrective action where delays are identified. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality. Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, and other specialist works. Internal Team Coordination Act as the main point of coordination between the site team and the company's internal departments. Liaise closely with the design, procurement, sales, commercial, accounts, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate project requirements, site progress, delays, material requirements, and outstanding issues to the relevant internal teams. Ensure that information and decisions required by the site team are communicated promptly. Coordinate with the internal procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered as per the project schedule. Subcontractor & Supplier Management
