About the Role We are looking for a Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians in delivering world class pest control services. This is a hands on, field based leadership role. You will spend your time in the field, making sure every job meets our quality standards, developing your technicians through coaching, and building strong relationships with clients that keep them with us year after year. If you have solid pest control experience, enjoy leading a team in the field, and take pride in getting the job done to the highest standard, this role is for you. What You Will Do
