Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all housekeeping activities within the private family residence, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the property. Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and high standards of performance. Coordinate with other household staff and vendors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Maintain inventory of household supplies, manage procurement and budget control with discretion and attention to quality. Implement and uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols appropriate for a VIP household. Plan and execute deep cleaning projects and seasonal household preparations as required. Adapt to the family’s lifestyle, preferences, and schedule, providing exceptional service and anticipating needs proactively. Requirements Proven experience managing housekeeping operations within high-profile private residences or luxury estates. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and staff members efficiently. Discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a small team. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Flexibility to accommodate the changing needs and schedules of a private family.
