You will process orders with accuracy and efficiency while providing personalized recommendations and ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations. Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally, providing guests with menu information and recommendations Accurately record guest orders in the point-of-sale system, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly documented
