The Job in a Nutshell💡 As a Key Account Manager at Foodics, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise, key clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. What Will You Do❓ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise, key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to Foodics existing clients. Gain a thorough understanding of assigned client’s needs, business objectives and processes to ensure that they successfully adopt and deploy Foodics Drive revenue growth through effective account management, negotiation, and contract renewals. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring their satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Boost client retention through enhanced engagement, meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional service. Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements. Monitor key account metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Product Development to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to clients. Provide guidance and support to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices to maximize their ROI. Be a voice for the customers internally and help senior leadership understand product concerns, shortcomings, and missing features that are important to the customers. What Are We Looking For❓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 6+ years proven experience in key account management in F&B, SaaS, ERP or Tech industries. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large enterprise accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluency in Arabic and English. Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
