As a Manager, Cabin Appearance, you will oversee and control operations to provide prompt intervention and resolution in case of issues, delays or disruptions, ensuring safe, secure and on time running of operations. Accountabilities

• Provide day to day direction and guidance to ensure consistent, safe, reliable delivery of operations and services
• Manage recurrent and extraordinary operational issues to ensure timely service recovery and compliance with regulations and internal procedures Create and monitor working shifts to ensure staff availability and proper allocation of resources according with safety/quality standards and regulations by reviewing and approving roster and overtime payments (if any) for EY and GHA staff rostered for Cabin Appearance functions. Conduct briefing and de-briefing sessions on assigned activities to identify and provide advice on areas of improvement Create and publish operational instructions and reports to support best practices knowledge exchange and reduce risks Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time and continuous operations
