Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team during the overnight shift and ensure smooth hotel operations. Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally. Oversee the night audit process and ensure all financial and operational reports are completed accurately. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and brand standards. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Engineering to support overnight operations. Monitor arrivals, departures and VIP guests to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Lead and motivate the overnight team while maintaining a positive working environment. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel's Front Office. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel PMS systems. Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
