Driven Properties a Dubai real estate brokerage and the exclusive UAE affiliate of Forbes Global Properties, is seeking a bilingual Paralegal / Junior Lawyer to join its in-house Legal Department. This role supports the Head of Legal across contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution matters for Driven Properties and its group companies (Refine Associates Real Estate L.L.C., Lamar Development LLC, Commercial Business Brokers LLC, and Driven Property Management). The successful candidate will work on a high volume of transactional documents and provide litigation support across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Courts and the Rental Disputes Centre (RDC), making this an excellent opportunity for a driven junior legal professional to build deep expertise in UAE real estate law. Key Responsibilities Contract Drafting & Review • Draft, review, and redline Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Non-Circumvention/Non-Disclosure Agreements (NCNDAs) • Prepare and review Commission Share Agreements between brokers/agents and third parties • Support the drafting and review of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and related transactional documentation • Assist with Agreement of Sale (Form F), reservation forms, and other
