Principal Consultant (Sr. Product Owner)

Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end backlog management Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements Convert business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Act as a single point of contact for business and delivery teams Make priority and scope decisions to maximize business value
• Support UAT execution and obtain business sign-off
