Product Manager – Enterprise Data Management

Synopsis The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise data management products, data platforms and data processing solutions, from defining desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products to launching them and ensuring they continuously meet business, customer and operational needs. This role owns the strategy, vision and roadmap for products within the value stream, ensuring the product vision is aligned with and actively advances the enterprise data strategy, data governance priorities, platform scalability and data processing capabilities, and supports the Release

• Train Engineers in delivering value to customers. This role requires a customer-centric and data-driven mindset, acting as the internal representative of business users, data consumers, and platform stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. The role leverages market, customer and internal data platform insights to continuously understand needs, shape the roadmap and improve adoption. The successful candidate is a proactive self-starter who builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and requirements are not always fully defined. Accountabilities Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, data platform and data processing products, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data strategy and translating strategic data objectives into a clear, deliverable product plan Work with business, data, analytics and technology stakeholders to develop and communicate the strategy, vision and roadmap for products, ensuring the team understands how platform capabilities, data services and features will be developed over time Work with Solution Architects, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements, ensuring the product meets quality, scalability, security, governance and performance standards
