Quantity Surveyor

About the role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and control throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure that the project is delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and recommend awards. Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget forecasts. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises. Manage change orders, variations, and claims. Prepare and review interim and final payment applications. Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree (BSc) from a recognized university with over 7 years of relevant experience, or Masters Degree (MSc) from a recognized university with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Nationality
Saudi National. Strong knowledge of construction cost management, contracts, and procurement. Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
