About the role
Works independently on routine tasks with minimal supervision; receives general guidance on new assignments Conducts land and site surveys using modern surveying instruments and electronic equipment Manages land information systems, including data storage, analysis, and reporting Reviews survey data (distances, angles, elevations) for accuracy and completeness Researches legal records to establish and verify boundary lines Prepares and verifies survey reports, maps, and drawings Applies strong expertise within specialization to solve varied and complex problems Pre-Contract Duties
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare
