• Lead – Financial Markets Infrastructure Goodman Masson is partnering with a new financial markets infrastructure venture under formation in Oman. Backed by prominent institutional investors, the business is building a greenfield post-trade platform from the ground up and is now hiring during the build phase. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the start of its journey, helping establish robust financial controls, reconciliation processes and operational risk management arrangements before the platform goes live. The Role We are looking for a Reconciliations
• Lead to join the Operations Control function, taking ownership of the organisation's reconciliation activities and ensuring financial records are accurate, complete and reconciled within agreed deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in reconciliations, with a strong understanding of cash reconciliations, ideally gained within financial services or a regulated environment. Candidates with a background in financial control or risk who have relevant reconciliation experience will also be considered. You will lead the daily, monthly and periodic reconciliation processes, investigating discrepancies, resolving outstanding breaks and ensuring appropriate controls are maintained. You will also supervise and develop a Reconciliation Analyst, helping establish a robust control environment to support the platform's operational integrity.
