Immediate joiners preferred We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment to join our team at Dubai South Headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff
• Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent
• Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements
