Delivering any correspondences to authorities or companies Assisting in Traffic Department processes such as renewing registration books, advertising permits, and driver’s licenses for our riders and 3PL if needed. Issuing permits for food control for staff and company vehicles. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the supervisor, including miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Managing the PRO day-to-day processing of all visas, permit, licensing, and registration transactions while coordinating with the relevant government authorities and agencies. Oversee the processing of all visa categories, including employment and residence visas for employees, as well as visas required for entertainers and guests. Ensure the timely submission of all required documents to the Immigration and Labor authorities for cancelled or absconding employees, enabling their removal from the company’s sponsorship records
