You will lead a team of maintenance professionals and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our rail operations. Lead and supervise rolling stock maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and performance management to ensure operational excellence

• Develop, implement, and optimize planned maintenance and condition management (PMCM) strategies aligned with organizational objectives Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and implement data-driven improvements
• Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and procurement activities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
