Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll lead a team of sales professionals responsible for winning complex, high-value opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You'll shape how the team sells, coach them through challenging sales cycles, and build the discipline needed to create a predictable, high-performing sales organisation.
