Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering consultancy and property management sectors. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Present and explain Asico’s service offerings to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company goals. Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met and delivered. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments specific to engineering consultancy and property management. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within engineering consultancy, property management, or related industries. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of engineering consultancy and property management services. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory Access to personal vehicle is required.
