At NIQ, we're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth through a combination of new business acquisition and strategic account expansion. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on hunting for new opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You'll work with some of the world's leading manufacturers and retailers, helping them unlock growth through NIQ's industry-leading data, analytics, and insights solutions. What You'll Do New Business Development (50%) Identify, target, and win new clients across assigned markets and industries. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, and direct outreach. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Develop strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and generate new revenue streams. Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers. Account Growth & Client Development (50%) Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding NIQ's solutions within client organizations. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and become their strategic partner. Understand clients' business objectives and align NIQ solutions to their needs. Drive client retention and long-term revenue growth. What We're Looking For 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account growth, or commercial roles. Proven success in hunting and winning new business. Experience within market research, consumer insights, retail measurement, analytics, SaaS, data solutions, or related industries. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to build senior-level client relationships and navigate complex organizations. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Advanced MS Office skills.
