team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive the program-wide commercial management framework and contract governance for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and rigorous commercial oversight for all contract administration activities across the program, ensuring effective change control, payment management, claims resolution, and commercial risk mitigation are fully integrated and aligned with financial compliance guidelines and the Client’s strategic interests, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
