Senior Conveyancer

Role Summary The Senior Conveyancer will be responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transactions, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, brokers, trustees, developers and banks. The role requires strong knowledge of Dubai property transfer procedures, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transactions under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full conveyancing process for property transactions (secondary market) Review and draft agreements, addendums, and transaction documents
• Coordinate with all stakeholders: Buyers & Sellers Real Estate Brokers Banks / Mortgage Consultants Trustee Offices (e.g., Injaz) Prepare and verify: Title Deeds NOCs from developers Mortgage clearance / liability letters
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations and procedures
• Handle escrow / fund coordination where applicable
• Monitor transaction timelines and ensure on-time transfer completion Identify and escalate risks, delays, or documentation gaps
• Maintain proper records and update CRM / internal systems
