Ensure MarTech solutions are secure, scalable, observable, resilient, maintainable, reusable and cost efficient. Validate vendor deliverables using clear technical acceptance criteria, test evidence, deployment checks and production readiness criteria. Ensure appropriate automated testing, CI/CD controls, monitoring, logging, alerting, access controls and operational runbooks are in place. Validate release plans, rollback procedures, capacity considerations, integration testing, disaster recovery and production readiness. Lead technical incident management, root-cause analysis and permanent remediation for MarTech-related issues. Identify and manage technical debt, architecture risks, recurring incidents, performance issues and operational weaknesses. Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, integration specifications, release notes, runbooks and support procedures. Drive knowledge transfer from vendors and ensure Qiddiya can independently operate, govern and evolve the MarTech ecosystem. Requirements 8+ years of software engineering, technical lead, solution architecture or senior development experience in digital platforms, MarTech or customer-facing technology environments.
