Senior IT Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior IT Engineer to join our organization in Kuwait City, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the IT infrastructure that supports port and terminal operations. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior IT staff, and ensure the reliability and security of critical systems that are essential to our operations. Design, implement, and maintain port and terminal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems

• Manage and optimize database systems that support port operations and logistics management
• Develop and execute IT security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize operational downtime
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring efficient delivery and resource management Mentor and supervise junior IT engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and performance feedback
