Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our port and terminal operations team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the mechanical systems and equipment that are critical to our port's daily operations. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians while ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency across all mechanical infrastructure. Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment solutions for port and terminal operations, including cranes, conveyors, loading systems, and related infrastructure

• Conduct detailed technical analyses and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actions Oversee the maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of all mechanical equipment to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime
• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
