Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives across all divisions and project sites, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate audits, and drive corrective actions to enhance overall performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of QA/QC processes in a project‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Compliance Oversee and monitor the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Verify through audits that procedures are regularly reviewed and properly implemented. Identify root causes of quality losses and nonconformities and recommend corrective actions. Ensure project KPIs and performance metrics are measured and reported. Documentation & Records Control Control, update, and distribute all company quality documentation. Prepare and maintain project quality system documentation before project commencement. Maintain accurate records of QA/QC meetings, inspections, and nonconformance reports. Manage and archive all project quality documentation upon completion. Coordination & Communication
