Senior Technical & Sales Lead - Health & Nutrition

Strategic Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within food manufacturers, cosmetics producers, personal care companies, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers, importers, exporters, distributors, and healthcare-related consumer product sectors. Establish SGS as the preferred partner for testing, inspection and auditing services by presenting value-added solutions that address customer quality, safety, and compliance objectives. Develop and execute sector-specific business growth strategies to increase market penetration, expand service adoption, and achieve sustainable revenue growth. Continuously monitor industry developments, emerging regulations, market trends, and customer requirements to proactively create new business opportunities and maintain a competitive market position. Key Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders including Quality Managers, Technical Managers, Regulatory Affairs Teams, Procurement Managers, Supply Chain Leaders, Manufacturing Directors, and Executive Management. Develop strategic account plans identifying customer priorities, upcoming projects, growth opportunities, and potential areas for service expansion. Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to evaluate service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer partnerships. Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned strategic accounts and coordinate internally to ensure seamless service delivery. Project Coordination & Service Execution
