Senior Utility Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Utility Engineer to join our operations team at our port and terminal facility in Kuwait. In this role, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of all utility systems that support our port operations. You will lead a team of technicians while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational excellence. This is a key position for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in utility systems management within a port or terminal environment. Manage and oversee all utility systems including electrical, water, HVAC, compressed air, and fuel distribution networks

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve utility system failures Supervise and mentor a team of utility technicians, providing guidance on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures
