We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Signage and Wayfinding Designer to join our Dubai studio, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across the Middle East. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong design sensibilities, capable of leading wayfinding systems from concept to implementation while collaborating remotely with regional teams and clients. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of signage and wayfinding systems for large-scale urban, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in the Middle East. Create bilingual (Arabic/English) wayfinding strategies that reflect regional cultural norms and enhance user experience. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies, including architects, landscape designers, branding consultants, and client representatives. Prepare comprehensive design documentation including sign location plans, message schedules, and sign family designs. Coordinate with Middle East-based teams during site audits, stakeholder presentations, and installation phases. Ensure compliance with regional accessibility standards, local regulations, and cultural sensitivities. Stay informed on material innovations, fabrication techniques, and sustainability practices relevant to signage in the Middle East. Preferred
