Specialist / Consultant Internal Medicine - UK CCT / Healthcare Facility UAE

We are seeking an experienced Specialist or Consultant in Internal Medicine holding a UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) to join a reputable healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care to adult patients, managing complex medical conditions, and ensuring compliance with international clinical standards and UAE healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and evaluation of presenting symptoms to establish accurate diagnoses. Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrine, renal, infectious, and metabolic disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, current evidence-based guidelines, and international best practices. Request, interpret, and evaluate laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures to support clinical decision-making. Manage complex medical cases, identify potential complications, and determine appropriate interventions, specialist referrals, or hospital admissions when required. Provide ongoing monitoring, follow-up care, and medication management to ensure treatment effectiveness and minimize adverse outcomes. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management. Recognize and manage medical emergencies within the scope of practice and arrange timely escalation to appropriate specialist or critical care services. Provide preventive healthcare, health education, lifestyle counselling, and screening recommendations to promote long-term health and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, clinical documentation, and treatment plans in accordance with UAE regulations and facility policies. Adhere to international clinical guidelines, evidence-based medicine, infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and clinical governance requirements. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, continuing professional development, and departmental meetings to maintain high standards of clinical practice. Requirements Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine. UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Internal Medicine or a relevant recognized specialty pathway.
