Stakeholder Engineer (UAE National)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Stakeholder Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between technical teams and diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project objectives, and successful delivery of engineering initiatives. As a UAE National, you will bring valuable local insights and cultural understanding to stakeholder engagement efforts across our organization. Identify, map, and analyze stakeholders across engineering projects, assessing their interests, influence, and impact on project outcomes

• Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to project phases and organizational objectives Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into accessible language Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements, feedback, and concerns, translating them into actionable technical specifications
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycle and proactively address issues or escalations
