We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Steel Fixer to join our construction team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Steel Fixer, you will play a critical role in the structural integrity of our construction projects by accurately positioning and securing reinforcement steel according to engineering specifications and building codes. This position requires precision, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety excellence on dynamic construction sites. Position and secure reinforcement steel bars and mesh in concrete formwork according to approved drawings and specifications Interpret and analyze construction blueprints, structural plans, and technical documentation to ensure accurate steel placement Tie and bind steel reinforcement using appropriate techniques and materials to maintain structural alignment Inspect steel placement for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications and UAE building codes Organize and manage steel materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and accessibility
