What's the role? Official job title is Commercial Manager - Strategy and will be based in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that support the organization's investment portfolio, business growth objectives, and geographic expansion plans. The role provides strategic guidance through market intelligence, investment analysis, location strategy, and organizational growth assessments. Working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, the Strategy Manager evaluates investment opportunities, conducts market and talent analyses, develops business cases, and delivers actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth and value creation. - Support the development and execution of the organization's corporate investment strategy and long-term growth agenda. Assess investment opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives. Develop financial models, business cases, and return-on-investment analyses to support investment decisions. Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, or divestment.
