Responsibilities
1. Conduct applied research and benchmarking on customs, trade, and logistics to support policy development and reform initiatives. 2. Perform benchmarking studies and comparative analyses on customs, trade, and logistics. 3. Analyze operational challenges and develop practical recommendations to support strategic initiatives. 4. Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights. 5. Develop executive presentations, research reports, policy briefs, and analytical summaries for senior stakeholders. 6. Support policy development, business cases, and impact assessments. 7. Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions, documenting outcomes and key decisions. 8. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and validate findings. 9. Maintain knowledge repositories, benchmark databases, and research materials. 10. Support publication and dissemination of research findings. Performance
